I had a horrible experience at an AirBnB recently. Many problems including cleanliness issues, heating problems, and code violations. The host was not helpful during my stay and according to AirBnB I have until today to submit a review. Well, that is apparently false as well since when I go to place a review I get an error that says "Sorry, you may no longer edit that review." The only I review I sent was directly to AirBnB which said it would not be shared with the host (I marked terrible), the email was worded as an internal review of airbnb itself.
Despite not being able to leave a review I still want to make a formal complaint about my experience. I certainly feel I am entitled to some sort of refund. Actual details of complaints will be withheld here but I did take photographic evidence of the problems and there is a log of messaging available within the app itself.
