Reservation charges

Hi Fellow Airbnb Community I host and travel regularly. I have booked the same apartment for a third visit for a 5-night stay at $998.00 or $199.6/night. I have been charged $1,317.00 or 32% more than the quoted price. I have contacted the host and he confirms he has no idea why this has happened and he suggested I write to Airbnb to review the charges. I can't find any way to contact the billing centre to check this reservation. The host can't refund me as I haven't stayed yet and the funds are held by airbnb.

Any advice is appreciated. Paul

Go to Airbnb on Twitter I heard they are fast in solving problems thru there.
