Review after hosting

Hi Guys, Can someone help me understand why I can't see my guest review? 

She wrote a review according to the email I got from Airbnb, then I when toguh the process of leaving her a review too but nothing happened. 

If I come back to that email and click the button to write a review again it send me to the website and a notice come up saying: "you may not longer be able to edit the review" or something like that. 

So, what should I do ?

Hello @Mauro-And-Mariana0. Log out, clean the cookies, update your browser, log in again and check.

@Mauro-And-Mariana0, the public posting of reviews has been a bit funny lately, with unusual delays, and notifications asking you to write reviews you already wrote.

 

I had the exact same issue you had. After several hours (maybe 6?) the reviews appeared as normal.

Hopefully it’ll appear soon. 

I don’t have any option to write a review again or another thing. But how can I ask directly to Airbnb? I don’t understand how this works. 

In the even I have a problem with a guest I don’t have any direct contact with Airbnb costumer service ?

I'm having the same issue with a review somebody wrote last week - and I know it was a great review so I want it to appear!

Will try the log out/log back in idea and see how it goes. Thanks.
