Reviews for host are inaccurate, place doesn't reflect what is seen, very poor standard. Help !!

This place  in particular  I recenty went , called home should not be listed at all for any human being to live . Having evidence  of this unkempt place will be believables, pictures dont lied.  What is seen on this  two picture listing  is misleading. Someone need to go and check out this place. All these wonderful reviews on this basement dungeon apartment am wondering if this is real

The Community Center is not managed by any of the Support Team, it is for community discussion. I am sorry to hear you had a unhappy stay, have you been in touch with the Support team at all?

If you feel the reviews are not reflective of the listing or are not representative, you can also report the profile, there is an option to do this on the individual listing. This will ask you more details on your reason for reporting and a specific team within Airbnb will look into it further. 🙂

Hi Lizzie,

 

Sincere apologies for bothering you with this - but I am soo frustrated by now.

The Airbnb sight seems to have changed a bit since I last needed assistance from Airbnb, as I am a host since 2014.

 

I have posted an enquiry to a private review which a client made and have not had any feedback from Airbnb - and for the life of me I cannot remember after many frustrations where I posted this request for assistance.  (obviously it was on the incorrect platform)

 

If you would not mind terribly, steering me in the right direction please, as I would love to sort this out.

 

I have absolute no idea what the guest is referring to and needs to clarify what this about.  I have sent a reply to the guest directly, but he has not come back to me at all.  Presume he is traveling or already back in his home country.

 

Would truly appreciate any assistance in this regard.
