Stats not updated for 7 days

Does anyone know why "Stats" have not been updated for 7 days ??  We are new to hosting and use 'stats' to track interest, pricing etc.

If it lags a week behind it doesn't do us much good.

In this day and age, it should update daily automatically.  

Anyone have an idea what the problem is ?

Same thing has happened with me. It's supposed to update every 3 days but the graph on the bottom of the screen is empty

The stats are so inaccurate and inconsistant to be useless. They would be helpful if they worked. There are posts about this is host voice. Hosts have asked for this to be fixed. So far that has not happened.
