Hi there,
I was looking forward to becoming a Super Host and I thought I had achieved all the requirements, obviously not. Can anyone enlighten me as to where I am not achieving them. I have copied and past my Host Standards.
Thank you.
Regards Ingrid

You're not meeting the requirements for Superhost status—we hope you will soon! The requirements are measured every 3 months.

Hi @Ingrid3 From what I can see, there is absolutely no reason you shouldn't have recieved your Super Host badge. You've met all the criteria, most definitely. We had the same experience - all I can think is that the system is flawed. You could contact Airbnb & ask. - Karen

Thank you Karen appreciate the reply. Did they eventually give you Super Host status or did you have to contact them. I was wondering that maybe it may take a few days to come through.

It was pending, but then this message showed up:

I didn't bother to try to contact them to see what their reasoning was - it's hard to get through so it didn't seem worth the hassle! If we don't get it next assessment period, I likely would draw it to their attention. I don't think it really matters, it has little if any impact on bookings and I don't place too much importance on it. Just a little ticked that we earned it, but didn't get it. 🙂
I am in the same position, but I just assumed they only review it quarterly, hence the Jan date. So I'm waiting till Jan.
Hi dear
I got the requirements for a Super Host, but I got the same message like you.
Do you know the email to make contact with Airbnb ?
hope we got super host soon.

Does ANYBODY know an email to reach Airbnb people really!?
My hosting fills all the quality criteria of a super host with high level, but I can not reach the quantitative goal. So many of my guests enjoy too much and stay so long (and come back again) that ten quests a year can not be done even if my holiday home is hired almost half of the time counted yearly. My personal opinion is that this is not right and the rules could be checked and the way how to reach the status in all.
Why Airbnb has no way to give feedback, but just use wolantery workers - community - for free and make the information just run in circle in conversations, but nothing is heard?
Hi @Ingrid3
To achieve superhost you must also have a certain percentage of reviews given from your guests. did most of them leave reviews? also, are these stats from 3 months or are they cumulative of more than 3 months?
Ah bingo! I've been operating less than three months, but I tick all Ye other criteria.
Ah makes sense. Then why not put that as a stat. !
I lost my Super Hosts status after I started a campaign against Instant Book. No emails or explanation were offered. I just lost it, probably because I dared to buck the system. I know that I am "meeting requirements." I know that I am an excellent host and well worth the acknowledgement, but if that is how Air BnB treat dedicated hosts who go out of their way to keep AirBnB afloat, to give AirBnB execs a good pay packet, and to ensure AirBnB are Number 1, then they can keep it. It is just a badge, and I can do very well without it. My reviews will speak for me. Shame on them.

@Carolyn5 that seems odd. Are you saying you woke up one morning and it was gone? I had cause to ring Airbnb this week and found them tremendously helpful. Did you call them to ask why you had lost it? I see posts all the time on here about glitches in the system that enevitably arise when such a large business is operating internationally online. Perhaps it's one of those?
Yep. Just gone, no explanation. I know I am meeting all requirements possible given the seasonal issues of country life. Shameful and sad.
What number did you call? How did you even find a phone number.
stranage, here in Canada, we have a dedicated number and even one for super hosts, i have always go a hold of them.
