Taxes in Spain

Hi, I have my tax accountant that says that I have to declare the name of the persons and their passeport/NIE number that rented our appartment. I do not have acces of that kind of information. Can I get it from Airbnb? Is it true, if yes how did you do to get that kind of information? Hoping for help to calify this matter. Kindly G

I have a rented house in Andalucia, which is managed by my on-site representative.  She had to register the house with the local Guardia Civil office and when I have someone staying, she takes a photo of their photo ID and details then registers that information.  I am sure she has been given a password to access online and doesn't have to go to the office each time.

I'm not sure how you would get that information, other than from AirbnB for past guests.
