Ok, I'm guessing it is something that I am doing wrong, but it's driving me crazy.
We've got a few properties listed on AirBNB and have just engaged a dedicated AirBNB manager to look after them. I created a team and gave the manager everything except full admin permissions. Despite this, the manager cannnot see the messages inbox. Can anyone tell me how to allow the manager to read and reply to messages? Thanks in advance for any support received.
