Text messages

Messages in my inbox suddenly stopped showing up as text messages on my phone for no reason.  I can't see them unless I actually go into the airbnb app and check the inbox, which means I am missing incoming messages.  anyone know WTF is going on?

Reset everything, call Airbnb , sometimes things happened
At list you have the app !!

happened to me - and has happened again.  They resolved it when I managed to get hold of them.  that was so difficult Ive forgotten how I did it!
