The instructions for syncing a calendar don't work

I am trying to get help with a problem syncing my calendar with HomeAway and just go in circles with no answers.  I have followed the instructions to a T but just get a message that the import was not successful try again.  There is no way to contact Airbnb technical support that I can see and I just keep going round and round to different suggestions that do not answer my question.  Can anyone help?

I managed to sync mine with Google, not sure I would rely upon it, just really for backup if AirBnB goes down.

From what I have seen from other posts on the forum there seems real issues getting one booking system to talk to another, manually seems the safest bet.

I get as far as Sync, and then nothing loads.  For years Airbnb calendar has politely synced to my Mac computer calender with a very short time of an Airbnb calendar change occurring.  Now it just doesn't work at all.
