Transaction history

When attempting to access my transaction history, it appears to try to load and load and load without any results. This is different than the general 503 error I was receiving just a couple of weeks ago. It is now allowing me to access the transaction history page, but not actually loading the history itself. After waiting for several minutes, I got the message "Unfortunately, a server error prevented your request from being completed. Airbnb may be undergoing maintenance or your connection may have timed out. Please try again." in red where the transaction history should display. Airbnb tech support...please help!

@Sarah-and-Mike1 it is probably some glitch or they are working on something as many hosts have opened similar threads in the past few hours. It shouldn't take long, I hope they will fix the problem.

This continues to be a problem today! Airbnb customer service...please help! I need to do my monthly financials and I am unable to do so without the transaction history!!

@Sarah-and-Mike1 if this isn't fixed maybe you should contact Airbnb, in the meantime you could ask the bank to give you a review (I don't know the english word but basically a piece of paper with all your transactions for this month with dates and amounts ) and use the info from that.

Same problem.

2 pages "Payout preferences" and "Earnings" couldn't be opened for last several weeks.

Airbnb customer service always say, "Please wait. We're working on it..." so tired..

 

By the way, If I get into https://www.airbnb.com/progress/ratings   and click the "Earnings" tab, I could see some information, Monthly Sales and Occupancy rate, etc.

But if I connect to the address directly, https://www.airbnb.com/progress/earnings , it always shows Error code 503. Quiet strange.

I have been trying to do the same; it just keeps on buffering to no avail if you do the "ALL LISTING" report. But when you do it per your listing it can generate the report; but it is really slow. Air B&B help said they are doing some work on their platform; and it is more than 3 weeks now.

This continues to be a problem today!! I spoke with Airbnb support on Friday and explained that I HAD to get our finances done that day (impossible for me to do without the transaction history) as our monthly taxes (yes, we have to pay MONTHLY taxes in our city for having an Airbnb) are due by the 15th of the month. I was assured it would be handled. They "closed the case" and despite numerous attempts throughout the weekend, it still wasn't resolved! NOW, today, I have contacted Airbnb AGAIN and they won't help at all...no timeline, no instructions...just that they are working on it. Meanwhile, I am being FINED for every day my taxes are late!!!! This is absolutely crazy.

Hello,

problem is ongoing and as well as transaction history being unavailable, payments also can’t be processed.

reply from customer support was that they hoped to fix it today but it could take a week.
