Two-payment option

Hi, my guest would like a two-payment option for a monthly stay. Paying half at time of booking and the other half at time of check in. How can I get Airbnb to accept this option? I'm ok with it.

Hi @Melba0

This is not an option. We do not have the ability to decide how we will be receiving the payment. The full cost automatically goes to Airbnb at the time of booking.

I just booked an Airbnb that had the option to "pay less up front."  I can't figure out how to offer that option on my listing?  Anyone know how?

@Lisa942 the "Pay Less Up Front" option is not something that hosts choose. It is automatically offered to guests if the booking meets the criteria.

(I think the booking must be at least $250 and be at least 2 weeks in advance.)
