Under age booked my room

Hi there. A 17 year old just booked our room for 2 nights. We don’t feel comfortable hosting a minor as airbnb says you have to be 18 and older to use their services. How do we cancel this reservation without tarnishing our record. We are very new to airbnb and wish to become super host etc etc.

Contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel the reservation (penalty free)

Also flag the guest's account; an underage user should not have an Airbnb profile.
