Hello,
I am hosting the same guest for the second time.
For the second time, he brought a lady in without telling me. I know because I heard their voices.
This morning he left the door open and found these items on his desk.
What do I do?
He said he wants to come back for a longer period, what do I do if he books?
thanks!
elen
@Elena906 just decline his booking request. And let him know that bringing other people is against your house rules. But most importantly, is that his knife? I would honestly consider calling the police. Is he coming back or the reservation is finished?
@Elena906 Do you feel threatened? I would let him finish out his current booking but create some excuse as to why he cannot extend. I would block those dates now, so he cannot extend his booking.
Hi @John1080,
I feel uncomfortable now. This is a returned guest, the first stay was uneventful and so is the current one, apart from the uninvited guest.
I have written to him about the guest but do not know what to do about the other stuff.
Elena
2 nights.
The extra guest issue is resolved, I am tempted not to raise this other one.
@Elena906 Give him a 3* review and a thumbs down , he will not be able to wook you again.
how do I do a thumbs down?
@Elena906 is that his knife? What kind of guest brings his own knife?
(I am really hoping he is a professional chef, or something.)
@Matthew285 That is not a chef's knife it's a hunting style knife. I'm guessing the guy is into S&M from the contents in the photos.
oh....
I assume it is, it is certainly not mine!
