Contact the host for an on the ground perspective. If the flooding impedes either you or the host, Air BNB will cancel the booking without penalty. Hopefully you have travel insurance that will help you with other costs so you can enjoy your holiday. I suggest you call the host rather than waits for a message, but add a message into the Air BNB system to document you tried to reach the host.
