Verification Pending

My guest has now arrived. She still cannot verify her detailso. She has made a video and pressed the save button. She doesn't know what to do next as it isn't clear where the video has been saved to. She goes back to get started and it asks for a video again!

She has had her first payment refunded as she couldn't verify herself!

It's a merry go round!

Can you help! It would be very much appreciated.

I have been through that exact same thing! Suddenly my guest found that she had been verified at some unknown point during the hour-long process!!
