Verification issues with google

Hello.

I am trying to verify my online id. I only have a Google account. When I press the button nothing happens.  It doesn't even load the next page.  I have tried the other options and it loads the page immediately.  Unfortunately that does not help me.  Please help and thank you.

What browser are you using?

If it's not Chrome, could you try using Chrome, especially since the problem is with an interaction with Google?

I use Firefox but I've found, in the past week, one thing that didn't work with Firefox or Microsoft Edge but did work on Chrome.

That was changing my nightly price.

When I reported it it to Airbnb customer service they said to try Chrome as that's the browser they fully support.

They did subsequently change things so changing the nightly price is now possible again with Firefox.

If it still doesn't work with Chrome then contact Airbnb. You can find details on this from the suggested articles that show up if you type "contact airbnb" in the "Search for anything" box on these community help pages.
