I am affraid that Airbnb is not the right place for such purpose. You will constantly get inquiries and requests from people who do not read or do not speak English well.
You know that when you cancel the reservation you are penalized with 50-100$, blocked dates etc... and your account will be suspended eventually?
I didn't take a look of your property but you can avoid wrong bookings by turning off instant book if you have it.
Regarding Korean guests, well, there are some cultural differences and they usually don't understand English very well so there are often some misunderstandings .
We hosted a lot of Koreans but except wet bathroom floor and counter, wrongly done self check outs, freezer door left partially open and 1 kg cherrie pits left in the sink (???!) we were lucky and didn't have any damages. But yes... I am worried when I leave them alone in my apartment because I am sure they didn't understand all the instructions I gave them but are to polite to say so. They are just saying yes... yes... and smile and you think they got it when they didn't understand half of what you said 😞
But, except that they are very nice and polite people and they usually try very hard to communicate with their bad English 🙂
