What is the cleaning policy for longer hostings?

We are new hosts, as of November 2018, and are doing really well.  Our first month-long stay is coming up soon and I was wondering about how I should handle cleaning for them during their stay...  Do I offer to come in and clean for them while they are here?  Or do I not worry about it?  Thanks in advance for any advice.

My opinion is it would be a good idea to schedule light cleaning 1x /week. It will give you an opportunity to check if everything is ok, are they tidy or messy. You can offer new linens and change towels/ bath mat as well.

Some guests can refuse it so it is good to have it in writing in your house rules.

We don't charge weekly cleanings but we don't give weekly discounts either

Usually the host is responsible for cleaning but if the guest is agree to clean you can welcome it.

We ussualy, give them information about close by laundro mat places.  For longer than a week stays we offer to do laudry for bedding, towels and bath mats whe they get here. But it is good idea to put it in the house rules.
