When you send an email to a guest using the airbnb email

When you send an email to a guest using the airbnb email it does not record in your guest file with other messages.  So when you go to review the communications to ensure you have given all the information you don't have the full record.  It is a real pain.  In addition, you cannot attach to the airbnb messages.  I have information packages for my houses amnd it is always a challenge to get them to the guest and then having a record that you sent them.  I need to get an entry authorization form completed for all guests coming into the community and that is another challenge.  This is not a very user friendly site.  How do others deal with these challenges and keep a comprehensive file on the guests?

You can upload  images and documents from your app, but not on your computer. However, these attachments sent from the app will show on the booking message board when viewed on the computer.

For me it's worked best to integrate my info into images, sometimes by making selective screen shots of documents, sometimes just images to explain instructions. I send my arrival instructions for ex. by email, but also through the app, so that guests have everything accessible on their phone.
