Hi there community.
I have a legal problem with my "case manager" in one of the bookings and I want trough legal way (my lawyer) to contact Airbnb and ask for compensations.
I ve been canceled a booking I had for more than few months already and for reason "I swap my profile photo" and "changed the description of my listing" which I TOTALLY UNTRUE mister "case manager" feel the "power" to cancel my reservation without any refund and "close my mouth" cause as I am consider a stupid user I can't reply at any way.... this is unfair and I lost image, money and time for this case so I need to send my lawyer and need to sort it out trough legal way...
someone could advice me where and how should I do that?
did you ever happen that to you to feel the "gods" of "cases" take decisions on your behalf without respecting the guidelines?
please I really need help and I got desperate to be treated such bad ... 😞
