Where to set up lockbox in secure apartment

Airbnb's website says that "best practice" is to keep the lockbox in your building, but the guest can't enter the my building without a key. Where do you keep it in ?

Usually lock-box are best placed outside the building to allow guest for a smooth self check in process.

I’ve considered putting one myself but then I always feel disconnected with my guest so I prefer meeting and putting a face behind the listing and the name 🙂
