Why can't I see any reviews on a new guest?

Guest has been with Airbnb since March of 2016, but I can't find any reviews???

That's not unusual- lots of people join but takes them a couple of years to actually make a booking. About 50% of our guests are first time users of Airbnb with no reviews but have been members for a few years.

That or the host never left them a review.
