I am getting messages from Air BnB saying that I have credit - and need to use it within a few days . but I cant find any record of this credit on my account. Where do I look ?

Has there been any update of adding a mixed dorm to have lets say 6 beds and each booking reduces the availablity of the bed by 1? At the moment it is not convenient to list beds if you already have with other calendars.
I recently had some lovely chinese guests who were happy here (and want to come back again)but their review was all in chinese and I cannot seem to translate it into english,Has anyone any ideas please???.
