I wasn't able to establish any communication with the host after booking a reservation 3 days ago. I cancelled the reservation and got a partial refund. AirBnB is keeping 20% of the booking as their fee. That's complete BS. Latest reply by Marit-Anne0

We have just had an instant booking from a guest and AirBnB says that the guest has 1 host review. Why can't I see the review for this guest - she must have one otherwise she wouldn't have been given an instant booking?Also, there is no photograph attache...
