I am superhost. Only one bad review fake. I send message to airbnb and no answer and the worst is the bad review show first all the time from January and I had four very good reviews after and they don't put. What do you recommend Thanks

I set the fee on the app for the guests to pay an extra 10 per additional guests after 3 people, but I’m not sure if it works automatically or the customer need to noted in their reservation also the security deposit.

Often a couple books and then wants to add one more person. In the latest case, the additional charge should have been $153 (including tax and fee) but they were charged $510, and overcharge of $357. Lots of correspondence!
