blocked dates

Hi I had to cancel a booking because the guests had a push chair and they couldn’t take it upstairs. They wanted to leave it downstairs but that would have blocked the entrance. You are now not allowing me to get more bookings for that period (57 days).

can you please unblock those dates for me? 4th July - 30th August

@Ciro43 this is a public forum and we are all hosts here, we don't have access to your profile. You shouldn't cancel yourself, you should have contacted Airbnb and have them cancel for you. Try contacting them, maybe they will unblock your calendar.
