Hi, I got a cancelation Fee discounted from my last reservation payment. I would like a a refound of this since it was a mistake out of my hands, I have to adds for the same place and my callendars are suposed toguether. I don´t not why a had the reservation for the same day is why I had to chose one.
Besides I am new on this and I need to get money to improve my place and get a great guest satisfaction.

You could contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel penalty free due to "extenuating circumstances".
