canceling reservation after check in from a guest

A guest book a room at 8:30pm. She came by 9:50pm and was in the room for an hour then walked out. I saw Cancel Status but airbnb got me no email at all. Payout changed to $0 as airbnb wrote refund all the money for guest. What should I do ? She booked the room so last minute so we had to come all the way back home to make sure the room is clean but she just left with full refund ?

Jamie, you need to look at you check-in times, what would happen, if you had a guest the previous night at what time would you expect them to check out at 07:00?

This seems a very unusual set of circumstances for me.

Contact Airbnb about the issue, it seems to me that the guest complained them about something, and that is why she got the full refund.
