Hi, 

I've been trying to reach AirBnb since March 2019 regarding the damages and lost items from my guest last March. I dont receive any response from Airbnb nor from the guest. I already created a ticket from resolution center and sent them a message with attached photos of the damages as well. But again, I'm already losing my chances of having this issue resolved since there are no responses from neither of them. 

Please help!
