didn't receive my payout

Hello ; 

The Guest do the checkout in saturday and i didn't receive my payout enough  the transaction statut is pending 

, the payout mode is payoneer so usually is take only 1day , someone can help me .

We have not received our payment either. Guests checked in on Saturday September 17th and checked out Monday the 19th - usually we receive payment on the second day.

Payments are normally issued the first business day after the guest checks in; thus, if a guest checks in on Saturday or Sunday payment is issued to the host on Monday. The only exception would be if the 1st business day happenes to fall on a national / bank holiday in which case payment is issued the following day (Tuesday). I don't know if there are further delays outside of the USA.
