Firstly I want to list (on AirBnB) an entire house with four separate suites, where visitors can have a choice on what to book ...

Secondly I would like to list elsewhere ...

Questions:

1. On AirBnB, is it best to create only ONE listing, with options to choose one of four fully contained suites, or to choose the entire house as a group (including the 4 suites)?

2. How do I manage the calendar, which applies only to one choice/listing?

3. How to manage multiple listings with other booing agents?

4. what is the difference in listing and hosting?
