How I can contact customer support with the specific reservation? I have questions to ask? With the customer we adjusted the reservation days from 4 to 2 days. The guest has been cahrged for 4 days in the begining and never reseived the credit back for 2 days? How I can solve this isseus?
@Vilma21, Send Airbnb a message via twitter, with the reservation code.
Please make the guest aware that any refund can take up to 14 days back to the credit card.
