I reviewd a guest as guest and friend, forgetting that they came alone, they have asked me to change the review to reflect this, but they have reviewed me so they system will no longer let me, they have asked me to find out how this can be done because they need me to correct the mistake, can anyone help?

@Anonymous you can't unless you can get Airbnb to accept that it is misleading under the https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/546/what-is-airbnb-s-content-policy but you'd have to speak to them about it.

how do i get in touch with them, I have never been able to work out how I connect with someone from airbnb? The thing is it looks to his partner as if he has taken someone else away and is having an affair, so I need to get this sorted for him

@Anonymous    Airbnb FB or Twitter is quickest. Ask them to edit the review because it contains erroneous information. I had a similar situation and the review was edited within half an hour. You might need to be insistent and persistent.

@Anonymous   When I sign in to Twitter (I had created an account so I could send a message to Airbnb a while back)  I see this below - you just need to hit the " tweet to Airbnb" button and write your question. They respond fairly quickly.  I have no idea how FB works. Maybe someone else has the answer.
