how to no accept reference profil

I got reference from someone I never host which I disagree.How to refuse it?

Hello @Marielle-Nadia0,

Did someone whom you did not host leave a review?

Did the guest have a reservation with you and they cancelled it?

Guests can now leave a review if they cancelled the reservation on the checkin day or after checkin.

If the guest had a reservation and cancelled it before checking in you can leave a response saying that the guest never stayed with you.

You can contact Airbnb support to discuss things.

Thanks Steve, 

There is comment on my profil from someone I never hosted and i want to remove it because we are in muslim island in Zanzibar and he mentionned (alcohol, woman drank in Stone town) 

So It's not good on public profil...

This is a forum where other hosts can give advice, it's not Airbnb's customer support.

You'll have to contact Airbnb's customer support. Click on one of the links I gave in the last answer to see the ways to contact them. You can then ask them to remove the review.
