Is there any way I can get a technical staff person to help me? I've tried logging in and out to get rid of what appears to be a message notification but there's nothing there. I have to log in and out each and every time & it's annoying. This is a new problem & wondering if there's a glitch going on.
This is incredibly sloppy software development, test and release policies. As someone who spent many years in software product management, the product manager would have been fired for releasing sloppy code.
Airbnb appear to have very low software development standards, zero QA standards and awful customer service. As a relatively new host but long term guest, this is crap. And the features avaialable in the browser are different that what is accessible on the iphone release.
