is it possible to communicate a simple message before guest message you??

Hi..

 

I was wondering if every one understood the circumstances such ad the price difference when their book..

 

I only understood the note that we provide when setting price, is actually just for us, (or may be the Airbnb official, so they can better channel the guest needs)

 

how ever does a guest understood with an increase of 1000% or just a half discount for 3rd days, at a 3 nights gap, and 2 days minimum policy, is it possible to offer 50% at the last extra night they stay.. but these question runs in side the guest mind while they are searching for the property they want before made any clear decision on where to stay .. once they don't mind with the price, and like the place, the process with the inquire question upon the property, so decision has been mostly made but, waiting the other side to react..

 

I meant if we have a simple note such as.. independence day, or nyepi day, by 1 get 2 or 50% for 2 nights from a selected date, in note so the guest can be more curious to inquire such a question .. may be a good way to a better communication.. may be discaount apply cause the standard cannot be meet but still liveable cause by one or more factors and etc.. 

 

just a note on the date, what is happening at that particular date for the host, might be a good Idea, cause there are instant booking and other issue such as force major of staff leave.. 

 

like prayer for Balinese that they might be able to offer 20% toward such a day with less attention, and etc..

 

My favourite reason that might hard to dodge, long distance flight of 28 hours in total, LAX to LONDON, or NYC to JAKARTA.. those are nice relaxing flight when you sit at coach.. any way just an idea so we still can maintain good respond rate, by pre-communication
