new host discount - what rate does the guest see?

Hi - I am getting lots of enquiries about the price of my listing but with a value much higher than the price airbnb is telling me I would receive. Is the guest not seeing the 20% new host discounted rate but I am??

(Perhaps your normal nightly rate, and what the number for the enquiries are showing?)
