payment not released

I have not been paid for an older reservation that had no changes.  The guest stayed 7/24-29 and provided positive feedback.  I have had 2 guest since then and their funds have been released.  Why is Airbnb holding my money?  Is there an actual email for customer service issues like this one?

Me too!  Any luck anyone?  AirBnB are telling me that they haven't received the funds from the guest, but it doesn't show as 'pending' unless they've received it!?  I think they've messed up and now want to contact my guest but she's confirmed she's paid.  Help!

Please, tell me what should I do in my situation? Payments not getting released started from 25 of November. I have 20 upcoming bookings, but I can't give service to the guests, because I'm not getting my money. I was recieving payouts without delay before, there were no cancellation or non satisfied guest. On my messages on air bnb I stopped getting reply. What is next?!
I suposed to extand my listing adding more 2 properties, but I don't want to do it till I'll not get payouts.

I am having this same problem. I had a guest stay November 27th-December 1st. Payout was supposed to be released on the 28th of November. Today is December 9th. This is ridiculous. I have called 4 times and each of them said it will be resolved in 48 hours. That happened 3 times. I'm on the phone with them now the 4th time and still no resolution I have been on hold for 20 min. Im so frustrated. I'm thinking of moving my listings exclusively to VRBO if this isn't resolved soon!

If it even was resolved? Guests checked out 2 days ago, payout should have occurred on the 12th. When I call Airbnb, I just get a run around and no one calls me back. 

Did you finally get your payments? If yes what was the issue and how long did it take? We are at the beginning of the same story

We are experiencing that exact same thing ! We have 3 guest payments sitting in pending  . From Jan 2 ??? I keep getting told we are looking into it and will get back to you in 24 hours ..we had to contact them . I was even hung up on last evening from a representative when I requested that she puts it in email that they will contact me in 24 hours!!  Has anyone been paid and how long did it take ..so frustrating!!
