You are a SuperHost when:
1. You have good reviews
2. You rent your place 10+ in a year
But in the last Airbnb magazine that I got today say:
"The Savviest Way to Airbnb:
1. Filter by Superhost. They receive the highest ratings and have earned this title by being responsable and helpful." (airbnb magazine august/september 2019, page 27)
It doesn't say anywhere about renting the place 10+ times, in my case I have 5 stars but I can't rent my place 10+ times because I live there! But since I am not SuperHost anymore it is been hard to rent it because guest always look for SuperHost (as airbnb magazine is recommending), thinking that they are the most responsible etc, etc.
Airbnb should clarify to the guests the total meaning of Superhost because I am still giving a 5 star service.
Is anyone having the same situation?
