Two months is certainly a long time, it sounds like there something not quite right here, but there could be many different reasons. As @Donna15 mentioned above, there are lots of details here in the Community Center on how to reach the Support Team, here in the most recent Community Guide on the different ways to reach them. They will be able to look into your account and find out more information.
I really hope you get this sorted. Have you been receiving payments from more recent bookings?
