14 Day Deadline for Reviews

Is it possible to re request a guest's review, as they have missed the 14 day deadline, as we were both unaware as it was both our first time...

Any help would be great. thanks.

Unfortunately Airbnb is strict with that 14 day deadline 😞

It's not possible. All hosts here who've mentioned this to Airbnb reported that they were told that the review system is automated and that there's nothing customer service can do about missed deadlines.
