Hello.
I asked the owner of the apartment whether to come with the animal, she did not respond and I decided to temporarily request a reservation, she immediately approved it. The day after I tried to find out the status of the order, it turned out that me can not go into the apartment with animals and she has to cancel the order. As a result, because of her mistake, I do not receive any deductions for airbnb services, which I disagree with and I want to return the full amount.
What should I do and who can help me?

Hello @Vladimir45. Did you check whether the listing approves animals? If it is stated clearly that it doesn't, it is your fault. If it states that pets are allowed, aply to airbnb for some kind of compensation (voucher/code).
Can I expect compensation in any case? even if you did not notice that you can not go with animals? It's not fair to just take 100 dollars for the fact that I'm not careful
You need to contact AirBnB - it's up to you to check whether animals are allowed are not and it's very clear on all properties if they are allowed or not allowed. If you are making another booking you may find AirBnB waive the booking fee.
