Cannot print out the Guidebook

Hi all,

I am trying to print out a guidebook from my listing, which I could easily do before. Now I can see that the layout of the guidebook section has changed and I am wondering if it's still possible to print it.

I really can't understand what the problem is about. My friend has tried from his account in the same web browser and he can print it, I log in into my account, I see a different layout and no printing option. Super weird...

Hey! I found a workaround that works for me.

Once you are done editing your guidebook, cut and paste this address in your browser https://www.airbnb.ca/rooms/00000000/guidebook  replacing the "00000000" with the number of your listing. You should see this number in the address bar on your browser when you are on your listing page.

It's working for me, except the categories are wrong, and all showing up as "Other" but it allows you to print it out which is better than nothing at all!

I've got the same issue. I was able to print the guidebook but then the layout changed last week and now I can't find theoption to print it. I am using Google Chrome browser.

Hi Khuong, just noticed you are hosting in London (as am I ) - I use an app called GuestHug which has a digital guidebook and digital house manual supported by video welcomes, thought it could be useful for you!

@Eric40 You're a genius! That worked for me. Note that you also need to replace the domain part of the URL (for example if you are in the UK then it needs to be https://www.airbnb.co.uk/0000000/guidebook)

It looks like the recent changes wont let you print a copy of the guidebook anymore.  Its too bad because we liked to leave a printed copy for guests since many dont use this feature in the app.

Preview your listing and its in the search bar eg https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/YOUR LISTING NUMBER

An easy way to do it is to preview your listing, take off the stuff in the URL after the listing number, and put a /guidebook on the end. It worked great for me.

Fan-bloody-tastic. Thank you so much. I still had the old problem of some of the titles being cut off from the top of the page. Never mind.
