Co-Host Needed in Escazu Costa Rica

All,

I am looking for a reliable co-host that can help manage my rental in Escazu Costa Rica.  I am not located in the country and my wife's parents who are elder have been helping us out;  but, I need someone more dependable.  The things I need help with are the following:

1.  Check-Ins and Check-Outs
2. Letting in the maid for cleanings between visits
3. Buying cleaning supplies, shampoo, toilet paper and other essentials
4. Accessing damages and cleaniness after Check-Outs

I pretty much handle everything else from the US. However, if you can also help bring guests in we could also workout an agreement.

Hi Did you find someone? I live close to escazu (In Nunciatura) and I have to go to Santa Ana quite often because one of the houses we rent is not a fixed contract, though I would rather to work with the cleaning lady that helps me with the clenaning my house and two other rentals we have.
