Commitement rate.

Hi all. My commitement rate dropped from 100% to 95% recently and its the only thing keeping me away from getting the superhost badge. How is it possible since i always reply to enquiry promptly i always accept bookings and i never had a bad review? Theres nothing i can think of that could rip off that 5% from my commitement rate i cant understand what happened....

HI i was wondering the same things i had 2 cancellations none from my sides but from guests and i have 97 of commitment rate suddenly never noticed before that line

Why should i be blame for a guests concellation
