Hello, saw your post and just thought I’d introduce myself. I currently manage/co-host about 10-12 houses in the west valley. I also own the housekeeping company so it makes quick turn over very convenient. I have been managing for a few years now but was in the private home sector but loved the idea of Airbnb, when I moved back to Surprise I took the opportunity to make a life out of what I was good at. Most of the owners I work with are Canadian since we are big on vacation homes here.
