This is an unconscionable and lazy move by Airbnb  against hosts to hide guest photos. If discrimination is what they are attempting to address, then do so in a precise manner. What they are doing is dropping a nuclear bomb on something that could be addressed using a scalpel. The face and eyes specifically are windows into the soul. It’s fundamental to building trust and comfort. That’s why interviews are done before job offers are given. Absolutely horrible and goes to show just how out of touch Airbnb has become.
