Is it possible to start over with a new listing?

I'm considering taking over management of my listing (I currently use a property management CO who I love, but realize I could maximize profits if I did it myself).  I'm pretty sure if I do this, I won't be able to transfer the listing back to myself but would rather have to start from scratch.  Yes it would mean losing all the reviews, etc. but right now I'm just wondering if airbnb even allows this.  Won't they notice a new listing with the same address and city license #, etc?  Just wondering how this works.
