How do you transfer Bookings (NOT ACCOUNT) from previous owner to new owner?

How do you transfer Bookings (NOT ACCOUNT) from the previous owner to new owner? We've called AirBnb and they are sayign to add the new owner to the old owners account as a co-host and then change the payout to 100% to the co-owner.

NEITHER owner wants to talk to each other at this point nor go through these steps... it also puts the new owner at risk because previous owner could drop them at any minute.

We need Airbnb to come up with a feature when you sell your property to transfer the bookings seamlessly to a new owner. I sell a lot of Airbnbs in my community and this is a not an easy process. Thoughts? Anything I'm missing?
